Desde que nací paso mis veranos en un pequeño pueblo situado en la costa de Huelva llamado El Portil . Es un lugar tranquilo porque no tiene mucha gente como otras playas famosas, en verano suele haber unas 25000 personas, esto me encanta porque pasar las vacaciones aquí te quita el estrés de la ciudad y puedes llevar un estilo de vida muy bueno. Tiene unas playas muy buenas pero también hay una gran laguna en el bosque donde puedes dar paseos por las tardes o ir a correr o con la bicicleta, así puedes practicar deportes en el campo a parte de en la playa. Por las noches tienes muchas cosas como bares, las discotecas en la playa, los parques , ir a las tiendas y la feria de principios de agosto entre otros.
Durante el día también puedes pasártelo bien cogiendo los hidropedales en la playa o hacer piragüismo.
Viene gente de toda España y también hay bastantes franceses y alemanes , y como tengo muchos amigos pues conozco gente en muchas ciudades como Madrid, Valladolid, Sevilla...
Te lo recomiendo porque no tendrás tiempo de aburrirte allí y disfrutaras mucho, y no olvides ver el anochecer en la playa que para mi es el mejor.

Since I was born I spend my summers in a small town on the coast of Huelva called El Portil . It is peaceful because it isn´t as crowded  as other famous beaches, there are about 25,000 persons in summer, this is why I love the holidays here because you take away the stress of the city and you can wear a good life. It has a really good beach and there is a lagoon in the forest where you can take walks in the evening or going to jogging or cycling, so you can practice sports not only on the beach. In nights  you have so many things like bars, discos on the beach , parks, shopping and going to the fair in early August and others..During the day you can also have fun taking the pedalos on the beach or the canoes .People come from all Spain and there are also many French and German , so I have friends from a lot of cities such as Madrid, Sevilla, Valladolid.. I recommend it because you will not have time to get bored there and you will enjoy a lot, and don´t forget to see the sunset on the beach ,this is the best for me..

CHAPITO.

    Chapito es un restaurante que esta situado en la Alfama , la zona antigua de Lisboa(Portugal). Su fundadora es Teresa Ricou y abrió hace 25 años.
Es un lugar fantástico porque puedes comer muchos platos típicos a la vez que ves representaciones teatrales, musicales..
Pienso que a cualquier persona le gustaría ir a este restaurante como yo, con la familia , con los amigos o tu pareja. Te lo recomiendo.

Chapito is a restaurant that is situated in the Alfama, the old part from Lisboa(Portugal). Its founder is Teresa Ricou and it opened  25 years ago.
It is a wonderful place because you can eat typical food at the same time that you are seeing representations of theatre, music..
I think that all people would like this place like me, and I would go with my family ,my friends or with my couple. I recommded it to you.

The Verve- Bitter Sweet Symphony

The Verve es una banda británica de rock formada formada en 1989 .  Esta compuesta por los siguientes miembros: el vocalista Richard Ashcroft, el guitarrista Nick McCabe, el bajista Simon Jones y el baterista Peter Salisbury.  En los años 1990 este fue uno de los grupos mas importantes . The verve significa `el brío´ que quiero decir gallardía , energía, empuje..etc.

El nombre de la canción, Bitter Sweet Symphony, de dicho grupo,  significa  Sinfonía agridulce .

En el video musical de esta canción vemos al protagonista caminando en sentido contrario a las demás personas y eso es porque el significado de esta canción es que tienes que escoger tu propio camino en la vida y no cambiarlo porque el de las demás personas sea diferente, ya que es nuestra propia decisión la forma de vida que queremos tener y las cosas que queremos hacer.

BULLYNG,BATTERING AND MOBBING

Bullyng : Es un acoso escolar que se puede producir mediante maltrato psicológico, verbal o físico hacia una persona la cual se acaba sintiendo inferior.

Battering: Es el acoso de una persona hacia otra para conseguir que esta sienta miedo y tener el control sobre ella.

Mobbing: Es el acto que lleva a cabo una o varias personas en acuerdo, para que la persona se vea afectada en su vida cotidiana o laboral a partir de un trato o actos obscenos.

Yo relacionaría estos tres conceptos con la palabra 
violencia. 

Bullyng: It is a siege that can be produced by psychological, verbal or physical abuse to a person who just finish feeling down.

Battering: Is a siege of a person to another one to gain control over  her.

Mobbing: It is the act that performs one or more persons according to the person affected in their daily life or work from a treatment or obscene acts.

                                                                        Pienso que proyecto integrado puede compararse con un bizcocho porque hay muchas clases de este y lo podemos hacer de cualquier manera siempre que el resultado sea bueno. Solo necesitamos los ingredientes, que nosotros mismos los elegimos, y a partir de hay seguir unos pasos fáciles y por ultimo meterlo en el horno para que se haga y obtendremos un buen trabajo.

I think that integrating Project could compare with a cake because there are so many types of this and we can do it however we want , always that the result be ok. we only need the ingredients,  we choose them,  after we follow some easy steps , and finally we put it in the oven and we´ll get a good job.
